Meaning & Existentialism

Some say the meaning of life is suffering, for others it's making a mark on the world, and there's a myriad of places to find meaning in between,
Meaning is internal, it's found within by connecting with the universe around us. Purpose, on the other hand, is something we do, what we offer the world, but these two concepts are intrinsically linked when our lives are in balance.
. But there is also meaning to be found in the healing journey, and for many, searching for, and finding meaning is the meaning of life.
